Helping Hands Craft Guild
I am very happy to say that I have been included in The Helping Hands Bazaar, a very worthwhile event which contributes to our local food bank. The holidays are an especially urgent time for them. Please help by supporting this event!
The Helping Hands Craft Guild will kick off the holiday shopping season with its annual Bazaar on Saturday, Nov. 7, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Quail Point Lodge, 107 Twilight in Horseshoe Bay.The event will feature more than 20 vendors, handcrafted items made by Guild members and a silent auction. Shoppers can browse for unique gifts while supporting a fundraiser that benefits the Helping Center of Marble Falls.Additional activities include refreshments, a style show by Salem’s and a drawing for a quilt. Admission is a $15 donation to the Helping Center.
Downtown Banners Celebrate Community Connections
The faces of Marble Falls and the surrounding Highland Lakes communities are on display through the city’s “You Belong Here” banner program, sponsored by the Downtown and Marketing Department. The banners line Main Street and extend onto downtown side streets, including Second, Third and Fourth streets as well as in Lakeside Park
